"Lifted"......

So it was the day it snowed really bad the roads were icy, wind a blowin, cold cold cold that we deciced to journy our way up to billings! But we were in search for a new'er' pickup! Scotty has been wanting to get a new one but NOT wanting to give up his Intimidator ss truck up. Anyways he had his eye out for a Ford 'lifted' why i put the qoutes around Lifted is because if you dont know the Leonhardt boys they like there toys 'LIFTED'. Me not so much. But we got to the Ford dealership and they sold the truck the night before. We were going to just head back home but we deciced to look around some more so we ventured to Truck country barley making it there with 10 feet or snow with a 2 wheel drive pickup! Wasnt fun at all. We pulled into the lot and to find a 'LIFTED' black dodge 08 sitting right there in front of us! it was like it was ment to be! We took a drive got the numbers for waht the trade in was going to be and before you know filling out papers to buy it! Its a nice looking pickup but it was hard for scott to let his "baby" taht he has had for FOUR years go. I know waht your thinking it drove me up the wall taht pickup! haha but he likes this one and.... we got home safe and sound that night with fourwheel drive :)

Its Finally here!!!

Well its finally here! our water sistern that is!!! I know your thinking whoopie right well we are glad and happy its in & done with! We were using this....
And now we can see out our bedroom windows! instead of looking at a dumpy truck! the tank in the truck held about 1200 which lasted us about 2weeks, and the sistern is a concreat block its huge and it will last us abouta month! :) it would be nice to have a line run from the highway to our house so we could have city water but its a little too pricey....30,000! Yea.... he here is... isnt it a beauty ;)
The big trac-ho they dug it with it was right but agianst the house i was getting a little scared! and now all we have to do is level it out again....
Also when they were underneath our house they found alittle kitten! we dont know how long it has been living under there but i have been feeding it and loving it so hopefully it will stay although its skiddish around our dog Tex but he wouldnt hurt a fly :)
Well there ya have it we are very happy that its in now so we dont have to worry about FROZEN water!!! :) And also its 5months since my hubby and I have been married! Happy 5months to us Love you babe! =)

In our hearts and prayers

My stepmother recently just found that her mother and brother have both been diagnosed with breast and stomach cancer. When she had told me my heart dropped i didn't know what to say I was so shocked! Its hard to think about what they are going through and have to go through its horrible that it could happen to someone so close to you and you have too see the pain and sadness in them. We just wanted to let them know that they are in our hearts and prayers, letting them know that we are here every step of the way, let them get through this for all of us. We love you so very much Betty and Tom.

Cancer I did not give you the right,
To invade my body and take a bite.
This is my body and with all my might,
I will prevail with one hell of a fight.
To the cancer inside, I will battle and kill.
For that is my body's God given will.

BEFORE...
Our house if FINALLY comming together!! I am so excited to start moving our furniture and things in!!! We still need water and alittle bit of painting :( but HOPEfully it will be done in a couple weeks!!!! Its going to be a cozy house cant wait to get all packed up! here are some pictures of our house still in progress... :)

The framing around the door is really neat a guy from utah came down and worked on the mantels on the fireplace and the framed door it looks awesome they will be painted white!

This color i wasnt sure of we thought i might be to dark but im glad we stuck with it because it looks great with the ceiling and the red!

The kitchen lol its dirty and has alot of stuff in it we were storing all of our stuff in here because we had the carpet just layed ill have to get a better picture!
Our bedroom

Its a four bedroom house with two bathrooms, and an up stairs but we are not finishing the up stairs till this summer.. we really dont need the extra space lol we have plenty! we are goin to need alot of furniture to fill this place because we have like hardley none but oh well but we are very excited to move into our lovely home!
AFTER!!!
WELL I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD UPDATE SOME PICTURES OF OUR HOME!!! :) We are not all the way finshed with it though. The upstairs need to be finshed, our water sistern in getting put in on the 11th whoo whoo so know we dont need to PANICK about our water freezing this winter! even though have city water would be WAY easier but oh well i guess! we definetly need a beautiful yard :) which im hoping this spring we can start that! Our deck off the back...pool haha just kidding about the pool though it would be nice! (whish iwas rich) And of course a garage scotty wants one soo badly lol im thinkin right about now it would be nice too so i dont have to brush the snow off my car! ;) So there is still alot of work that needs to be done definetliy but i love it and cant wait to start on our yard project i have some ideas in mind ill post about later! :) here are some UPdated pictures of some of our home... oh and i didnt get a "before" pic of the outside of our house :( it was half blue and white haha :) But i painted it this summer green... still not sure of it!
